Bijan Rouhani

Bijan Rouhani is Senior Researcher and Project Manager at the Endangered Archaeology in the Middle East and North Africa (EAMENA) project, School of Archaeology, University of Oxford. He was the Representative of the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) on the Board of Blue Shield International (2017-2023). He is a member of the UK Blue Shield and its Emergency Planning and Response Group, Vice-President of the International Scientific Committee on Risk Preparedness of ICOMOS, and a Member of the Nahrein Network Management Committee at UCL. Bijan was appointed Chair of the CER Board in June of 2022.
